All workshop materials, methodologies, templates, and content provided by Progver remain our intellectual property. We maintain confidentiality regarding client information and workshop content shared during engagements. Clients similarly agree to maintain confidentiality regarding our proprietary methodologies and materials. Specific confidentiality terms may be detailed in separate non-disclosure agreements.
Progver provides workshop facilitation services with professional care and expertise. However, we are not liable for outcomes or results achieved by participants or organizations following workshops. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for specific services provided.
